Bulb Order Form

To celebrate our Centennial, Camp Fire USA Northwest Ohio Council will be collecting Flower Bulbs that will be planted in our community.  You may bring bulbs to the Centennial event on July 31, 2010 at the Camp Fire Office at 6:30 or you may purchase bulbs from DeHaven’s at a special price and they will deliver them to us.  (If you are not purchasing from DeHaven’s, be sure the bulbs are well marked as to what they are.)

To order, fill out and submit the form below and then call 419-422-5617 to give a credit card number or mail a printed copy with a check.
